new tires
Im in need of some new tires soon, and was wondering about the BFG gforce sports. I have come across a couple people liking it on here. Any other opinions or experiences with them? I have toyo proxes 4 now and debating on staying with them or trying something new- a decent, reasonably priced tire... Thanks.

Re: new tires
look at tire rack website, read the tire reveiws . i just purchased firestones indy wide ovals.my car is in storage so they have not been installed yet, seems to be a soft and sticky tire. the lower the number on tire the softer it is.the reviews for these tires were good

Re: new tires
I have the G-force sports on a miata and am extremely happy with them. Great traction on dry and wet roads. Although when it gets cold out they lose quite a bit of traction, but that's to be expected its a summer tire. In the next few months I will be getting a set for the Iroc.

Hmm i was reading some reviews and some people seem to be happy but saw some complaints on road noise and ride comfort on the gforces?.....

Re: new tires
Well, with the miata being a convertible, any road noise that may be present is drowned out by wind noise so I can't really comment on that. As for ride comfort they seem fine to me but I like a stiffer ride than most. All in all I think they ride good but then again ride is very subjective. By the way, I work at a dealership so I work with tires every day and I find BFG's usually have a stiffer sidewall than most other tires which would contribute to a harder ride but better handling. Hope that helps.

Re: new tires
Thanks for the replies. a stiff ride on the -maro wont really bother me, especially if its going to handle better... just have to save up now =)
