Well got her home on Sat. and discovered the missing wheel lock, owner claimed it was in the center console but no such luck. So Whats my next option on getting my wheels off? Anyone carry something like this?

i got a snap on kit, its like reverse teeth (hammer it on) and turn it and it grips it and pulls it off. im sure theres prolly something like that on ebay (cheaper then snap on)

there ya go!
Sometimes you can find them at sears thier called nut extractors.
Just take the one that fits the best. (has to grab the nut some) hammer it on. use an impact gun to take it off. Then use a punch to hammer is back out the of the extractor. all done.

Took a 11/16 socket put it on the lock took hammer beat it on took 6" extension w/ breaker bar slowly worked the lock nut loose repeated 3 more times SUCCESS! Woot! Woot!

Or if you are cheap and lazy like me pretty much any car garage will have the tool to remove them easy.
