Why wouldn't these rims fit?

I was looking at these rims
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ARE-1365861/
But can't figure out why they wouldn't fit. The matcher says they won't but they have the right bolt pattern and they seem to had enough offset that they wouldn't rub. Is it fender rub that is the problem? I have old 15x8 inch american racing rims on my car now and they do stick out farther than stock but don't rub anything. Thats kind of the look I want as long as they don't stick out crazy far. I need to measure them to see what the bs and offset is on those because I forget. Any ideas?

they will rub the front bad when turning, and they will stick out front and back. they will look bad.

stick with 4.5" of BS for a 8" wheel and a 25.7" tire max in the front, you can go a little taller in the rear if you want, but they may start to catch the quarter lip and cut of the edges of the tires if the car is sitting a little low

That wheel has a negative 19 offset a thirdgen requires a positive low offset (0 to 15) it will stick out ALOT lol

It will stick out enough to maybe not even be able to turn
