hey guys can someone help me out here, i have a brand new set of boss 304 wheels, the car has never been out of the garage, it dosent even have a motor! the problem is the chrome is pelling of the wheels!! is there someone who i can contact to try and get this problem fix? or is there some way to compleatly remove all the chrome so i can do something with them? thanks
