Are there any luxury rims that fit on an 86 Camaro? I heard that BMW rims fit, my cousin had an extra set of 19 inch chromes laying around and I was able to fit the rear ones on, but the front didn't really fit, I think the rear ones were staggered though. He told me they were all the same size. Maybe spacers would work??? I wanted to buy a nice set to just roll around with. If anything I might get a set of 2010 style Camaro wheels. Any pics???

 

Some of the older BMW wheels fit, the newer ones has FWD-style backspacing, like the 4th gens do & don't fit without adapters. The bolt pattern is close on BMW wheels & some people use a at-tail file to "clean out" the wheel holes for the lugs to slip through, others have slid them on with no problems. A search here on TGO will find you many threads & pics about BMW wheels on 3rd gens.

Many people have put 2010 Camaro wheels on too (threads with pics. if you use the Search feature here on TGO you can find them) but those do require adapters.

What is a luxury rim? Sounds heavy.

If you decide to run BMW wheels, make sure you do your research. They put the studs in bending. Bolts should "never" be in bending, its asking for trouble.
