whats it take for 275/60-15 tires to fit

Whats size rear rim and what backspacing does it take to fit 275/60-15 tires on the rear of my 83 Z28 with stock rear without hammering fender lip or doing any mods to car

I have 15x8 with 4.5 backspacing and run that tire it fits but does rub the outer fender just a touch. My plan is to just roll the outer lip up just a touch. But I'm looking for bigger slicks so it looks like a hammers coming out.

Suspension lift comes to mind, 275s are Thick Mega wide Tires for Major Burnouts from a dig or to just make sure you have a hard time fishtailing or for the Drag Strip, The Old '77 Camaro from Transformers used 275s.

285-30-20 (inch taller than stock), 20x9 rims, 0 offset, no rubber or rolling.

well i have discovered they are not rubbing at all. they actually fit with room to spare what i thought was my tire rubbing is actually my tire scrubbing in the turns from running my spool on the street.

and my personal opinion is they are a perfect size for our cars they just look mean back there.
