more than likely im going to end up running a 28" tire on my 89 iroc, either a 275/60 drag radial or 28/10 stiff wall drag slick. i want the tires to be able to tuck and fit comfortably, im not looking for the back of the car to sit higher than stock. has anyone fit this size tire without having to smash the crap out of the wheel wells? im not against rolling the fender lips but the car will be street driven and i dont want to be cutting up the tires. i have the skills and resources to install a mini tub kit but i have a few people trying to steer me away from it. i just want to do it right to fit this size tire and not be beating the hell out of the sheet metal and kicking myself for not mini tubbing it when the time comes.
