91 Camaro steering problems.

Ok so new to DIY, so need a little advice
Bought the camaro about a month ago, within a week the steering went from perfect to no assitance. I could only get power in anything higher than idle rpms. Replaced the power steering pump. Everything was perfect again. Drove the car all day today ran fine, on my way home, I completely lost steering, barely made it into a parking lot.
Let it sit while I looked things over, everything looked fine no leaks, reservoir was full, belt was tight. Had the gf try and turn the wheel back and forth. I could see the column turning with the wheel past the universal. So, I'm at a loss I got some movment back after turning the steering wheel from left to right a couple of times. Nothing like it was the first time the pump went bad, I can't get assitance at any rpm. Barely got the car home, where should I go from here as far as diagnosing the problem?

FYI, on my phone so it might be a minute before I can respond.
