OER Ronal R15s
I found a new pic of the reproduction R15s from an Impala forum:

Nice to see them with real lighting.
So... who's ordered a set? Anyone??? I know classicindustries.com still says "coming soon". Summit Racing claims they will ship in 10 days:

Hawks however says April 30th 2013...

looks nice, but the price is too high for "re-pops". for a few hundred more, you could have a real set. if they were a little more reasonable on the money i'd be on it in a heartbeat.

I know most will disagree and i'll probably be burned at the stake for this but I don't see the appeal of these wheels. To me they look dated and not flattering on a thirdgen. Just my opinion.

I can't say that they are ugly, but definitely dated.
The sad part is that they may not clear upgraded brake kits that 3rd gen folks are moving up to - making the wheels pretty much obsolete before you can even get them.

These are made by the same people that made them for the Firehawks. Same thing (but diff company) with the crosslace wheel and the other 3rdgen GM 16x8 "repop" wheels from OER..
The Hawk wheels cleared a 13" rotor with a 4piston Brembo caliper from the F40.

Re: OER Ronal R15s
Yeah, it is small in todays world buuuut for 90% of the guys here a 13"frt 13" rear is plenty.
I'm sure guys that play on open track days and are semi pro may need a larger brake but could be limited by the class rules/ wheel size..
Now if the show car guys/ big wheel guys end up with 30" wheels then dang, you could get a 27-29" rotor all up in there.

I always loved these rims. always stood out to me. And yea they may seem dated to some, but our cars are from the 80s so getting wheels like this definitely compliments the car. I cant wait to get these!
