Mercedes Wheels??

Has anyone put Merc wheels on a camaro? I just aquired a set of 18x8.5 ronal mercedes wheels and tires (245/40's). Wondering what thickness adapter I would need. The ones I found online to convert my bolt pattern to 5x112 are 1.5" thick. Just a thought...Wouldn't mind trying it out because they were free.

It is impossible to know with the information you have given. What is the backspace of the wheels?

Re: Mercedes Wheels??

Typical Merc wheels are in the 35-37mm offset range. The difference in a lot of merc wheels is just a couple mm. Given that you can easily run ETs ranging from 15-20 a 20mm adapter would most likely do. However 1.5" is a little too much and would get you close to a 0 offset.
