need help with wheels i found @ show

ok hears the deal....I have an 86 TA that I have lowered 2" I am looking at a set of wheels at a swap meet and am unsure if they are going to fit.
I am looking at
17x8 front and rear
or
17x8 front
18x9.5 rear
also what tires would fit well??any help you can lend would be awesome

the 18x9.5s will fit front and rear if the offset is right. If they're the wrong bolt pattern they'll need more positive offset to allow adapters. You can run 275/35s on them. What front brakes are on your car? Original rear axle or 4th gen axle swap? And what's the offset and bolt pattern of the wheels?
