Hi, I'm currently looking at purchasing a new set of wheels for my 86 camaro.
I want to have 16x10's in the rear and 16x8's in the front.
I also would like for them to be deep-dish which is where the offset comes in, I have no idea what to choose.

Unfortunately availability of 16" tires in the 245-50-16, 255-50-16, or larger is extremely limited right now and will go away completely (if the trend holds true) in the next 2 to 4 years.

That said, looking into purchasing 16" wheels (other than used and/or OEM) is going to be a waste of $ in your case. Also, that wheel style id typically very heavy and will in most cases, degrade your car's performance.

 

I think there will always be a few tires. I have no idea what size you expect to fit on the rear, but you need at least 4" of backspacing on the front, and at least 5.5" on the rear. I'd add another 1/2" of backspace all around.
