Well I have new tires coming tomorrow and my rims look hideous so I decided something needed to be done. I really like my 16 inch alloy z28 rims so rather then purchasing new ones i decided to give these little guys the attention they deserve. After less then 50 dollars out of pocket and a few hours work here's the almost end product... I still need to repainted the black between the spokes and clear the rim, and I'll probably end up doing a bit more buffing.

The rims are mirrors.. They're buffed to the point that you can see your reflection in them.
