I bought my 85 camaro a few years ago and it came with these american racing wheels. They are 15 inch wheels, the rears are wider than the fronts. I kinda want to trade them or sell them to get bigger wheels, but I dont want to consider it untill I have an idea of how much they are worth. I do like how they look on my car though so I might restore them if it is even worth it. Or just leave them like they are. If they are worth some money ill send them to a profesional to restore them. Any info from you guys will help.

 

I'm guessing you're a little too young to have watched "The Dukes of Hazzard"?

They were called the "Vector" by American Racing Wheels I think. Might be worth something to the Mopar guys who have the older Dodge Chargers. Probably not worth more than any other wheel to others.

 

Yeah I never got to watch the watch the show. And do older mopars have the same bolt pattern as GM cars?

 

I don't know for sure on that one.

 

After looking online I found out they arent. Im gonna clean them up and see if I like the look of them after. If not ill sell them and get different ones. Thanks for yout reply.

 

Those are very similar to the wheels found on the buick grand national and the buick t type. Might get some good money from those guys if you decide to sell.

 

That is great. They are too small for my rear disc conversion so i will need to sell them soon. Im gonna try to get them cleaned up first by a profesional. If it isnt too expensive. Thanks for the reply.
