Out of curiosity, why didn't you go 9.5" up front also with 275-40-17 sized tires?

I like the staggered look and I feel like it's easier to turn with the Skinner wheels upfront. With my stock tires it was kinda annoying turning around in my driveway. Might just be me tho haha. Also I wasn't sure if they would fit haha

Car looks good!
I understand recommending a square setup for autocross and road racing due to a thirdgen's suspension tuning and weight distribution. However, is it that big of a deal for a street driven car?

Yes. Being able to rotate the tires will allow them to wear evenly. There is no rotating a staggered setup except from left to right(unless it has directional tires, then you have to dismount tires and swap them left to right.)

Re: Finally new wheels for the TA
There is a huge increase in braking and handling performance on a 3rd gen by having a 275 on all 4 corners vs. a 245/275 staggered setup.
The extra width up front helps to balance out the front heavy bias in terms of handling, and since the front wheels/tires do 70% of braking duty - the extra tire on the ground helps that too.
