Removing IROC center caps.

So i recently lost a center cap IROC emblem on my 1988. Just the emblem came off, it seems to be glued on. I see the replacement center caps are available off EBAY. But how do you get the caps off? Can you just replace the emblem? Seems like if you pry them off with a screwdriver, you will wreck them. What about taking the wheel off, to get the caps off?

Re: Removing IROC center caps.

I've used a very small flathead screwdriver to remove them after the decal wears away.

Re: Removing IROC center caps.

I just use a small standard screw driver with a really thin tip.

Re: Removing IROC center caps.

Well i got the cap off, but the velcro trick did not work. I think it just stuck to the old glue, and pulled some of that off. Didnt feel like cleaning off the glue, so i just used a small screwdriver, and pryed it off. Ordered a new cap off Ebay.
