I remember seeing these on an 86 formula years ago, but I don't know if they were original. I bought a set that are missing 3 of the centers, would love to find 3 to finish them out...

I don't think they used them for more than one or two years. I think other Pontiacs use those caps, but I can't think which models.

1984-1987. First used on the 84 15th Anniversary T/A, last used on the 87 Formula.
Caps are probably going to be hard to come by. That style wheel isn't terribly popular. It'll probably be easier to buy a set that still has the caps. You might get lucky and find another application that uses a cap that might fit ok, but there's no way to know without trying.

I don't know if they are the same, but I think my 89 Grand Am was similar, you could start there, had these wheels

These centers measure about 2.5" at the widest. They are 16" rims. I have one, with a part number. I'll post it up pretty soon.

my son's 87 formula has the same wheels, i really like these on the formulas
i did see several years ago a set of caps at a swap meet at Carlisle... you do have to hunt around for them

There was a silver 86 formula in a small town I used to work in. I only remember because I saw the kid at a gas station and asked him what year it was. I bought these to put on the 82 T/A in my other thread. Since I don't really like the bowling *****, and they don't have centers either.

I'm pretty sure the Grand-am centers will fit but if I recall correctly they are just flat aluminum disks. You could probably get a machine shop to make you a set. Also look at dorman 909-013 and the like. -- https://www.dormanproducts.com/gsear...start=0&num=25
you could also probably get a set 3d printed but not sure how well it will hold up. do you have a micrometer? if so what is the size of the opening in mm, what does the back side of the one center cap look like?

I have a set of these rims that are missing one center. Awhile back I saw some center caps on Ebay for sale.

Many of the FWD aluminum wheels of the time used a similar cap, but they were a smaller diameter. They have plastic tabs that get very brittle and break off with normal use. That's why they are always missing caps.
From what I remember, the aluminum wheels used on the 4x4 S10/Blazer are the same size as the T/A and Formula wheels. But the broken tabs still make them hard to find.
