Hi all,
So I convinced myself to go 17*9.5 on all corners.
Will they fit the 1983 Z28?
This car came with 15" originally, and I've heard bump stops can be an issue?
Where are those located for me to confirm and how do I update them?
If it help, this Z has the quick ratio steering box with WS still on the cap.

I cannot answer your question other than show photos of one on my ‘84 Z28. My guess is not enough bump stop for wider tires. But you can probably figure a way to remedy that.

I've got a set of 4th gen SS 17x9 wheels I'd sell........ Located in RI. I took them off my ride last fall and they have been under my deck since. Still have rubber mounted on them there's dry-rot cracks starting to show up & I doubt you can much more use from the tires. I wiped 1 off to get a quick pic; the others are all in similar condition.
