Wheel Fitment help

I am currently looking to replace a rim on my 1991 Camaro RS. My rims are aftermarket and were put on by the previous owner.
When buying the rims im met with a fitment gu
ide (seen below), And im not sure which fitment needs to be chosen. The rims are 17x7 with a 215/45R17 91W Tire and I dont want to risk buying the wrong one.
Im not sure if this matters but my back tire is 18 Inch rims with 155/40R18 99W. Any help is appreciated!

Re: Wheel Fitment help

Your required sizing in confusing. Do you have 18 or 17" wheels? What is the tire size on the tires you have? Are they the same front and back?

Physically measure the wheel's width and back spacing.
