HELP!! code 41 and 53!!!!

After doing a manifold swap I received a code 41 and 53. The light came on while cruising on the highway. when the car is turned off and then restarted, the light will go off, but back ont the highway, the light comes back on... I got these codes using my scanner.

------------------
86 SC, 305 LG4, TH700R4, SLP headers, 3" cat and exhaust. Mild cam 204/214, .423/.442. SLP shift kit, richmond 3.73's w/limited slip. Suspension Techniques Sway Bars, Globel West Wonderbar, Poly everything bushings, Metco LCA's, Lakewood Panhad Rod. 16" ROH, with Toyo 245's. For autocross, 16" IROC's w/bfg R1's... Nothing easy can be fun...

Anyone have an idea as to the code 41?? What I should look for/check?? It would be nice if someone would show a little love, and answer me, I'd like to have this fixed before the East coast F-Body Nationals...

code 41 Fault at cam sensor OR
cylinder selct error OR
Tach input error.

Don't care about the 53 code ? That is an overvoltage error, and sometimes can be egr.

You Forgot To Mention Engine size? Fuel induction type? Code 41 is a cylinder select error on fuel injected models. On Carbureted models it is No Distributor Reference Pulses To ECM. Code 53 on FI engines is system over voltage. on carbureted engines it is EGR Control problem. Need To Know TPI TBI, OR Carb to help out.

I know what the coeds MEAN, I was hoping for some insight on what to look for, how to go about repairs... Again, this is on an LG4, thanks.
