Check out this "smoking" Camaro
This "Marlboro" theme Camaro was recently featured in an American Car magazine we have over here in Norway (www.amcar.no). It is a '82 with ASCD's Turbo body.
Im sorry for the cr@ppy pics, but my scanner ain't supported by XP so I just had to take a pic of the mag. rather than scanning it....
Anyways, here goes:

Just thought I'd share...

Looks pretty tough, the wing is too much, but the rest looks ok. NOt that I would do that, but for an '82, not bad. Can it back up those looks?

I can see that car as a good incentive program to get people to quit smoking. If they have to pay for that cars gas then they won't be able to afford their smoking habit. ^_^
I like it. The paint reminds me of some of the flashy hotwheels and stuff I had as a kid. I like how the fenders flair all the way down. I don't like the wing though. Not to sound like everyone else, I just don't like wings. Doesn't matter if its a civic, a Z28, or a Cobra R. I don't even like my factory Z28 wing.

It's not my personal taste either. I don't like the wing, nor the paint scheme really.. It is different though. I have a pic somewhere of a 2nd gen "Marlboro-Camaro" that is over here as well. It has the same paint scheme and "style".
There are some things that I like though. I think the rims are real good looking, and I also think the lower "lip" on the front spoiler looks pretty good. It also has a nice stereo setup as well as a very potent small block with a T56, Brodix heads, Edelbr. Victor intake, Holley 650dp, Crane roller cam+++ and a NOS Cheater system.

For a street, no. For a track, sure. The thing just sweats "racecar." The wing would look like utter sh*t if it were a normal street car, but it makes it look like it would be right at home on a track. I'd never do it unless I had a couple other F-Bodies sitting around, though

I like it a lot. I got really tired of looking at that grey Camaro with the Widebody kit all the time. I even love the paint scheme. I like how the hood has TA vents. Wheels are cool too. I wonder how much power it develops, what ever it is, I bet it actually has enough power to make that wing effective.

If I had a Camaro like that, I would definately tear up the pavement on the street just to draw some attention and make some noise. I would not make a habbit of it though.

Saying negative things is not the issue. Critise ANYTHING you don't like!
Just don't use expletives when doing so
I've read lots of your replies. You were entirely capable of debating in an adult fashion before. It is only lately that a nasty streak came out.

I don't like the wing, or the body kit, or the paint job. THe hood is cool, it would be better if it had a couple of turbos under those grilles

If it is a true race car, it does not matter how the wing looks because function is more important than appearence. Some of thre most effective wings at high speeds do not look pretty.

I think the wing looks okay combined with the wide fenders. The paint scheme isn't one I personally would have done, but as far as the 'world of radical and/or crazy paint jobs' is concerned, that's one of the cooler ones I've seen.
As a sidenote.....I hate XP too. my scanner works, but can't set up display properties right, and can't edit my webpage.

Uhhhh......aahhhhh....hmmmmm.......
Not really sure if I like it.
I really do not like "busy" paint schemes and body cladding.
I think less is more.

I hope Marlboro sues his *** off.
