does the transgo reprogramming kit solve WOT 3-4 shift?

as subject says does it solve 3-4 WOT on 700's? or is the GM B4C kit required?

No shift kit will solve this problem. You need the overdrive shift valve. I think the B4C cars used the right valve. Most aftermarket ones won't complete the shift at WOT, only at 3/4 throttle or less.

I used the B&M upshift kit, and its nice. The car goes into overdrive where it used to stay in 3ed. Now I can just bareily let off the gas and it goes in OD. I feel I gained a good 20-30 mph topend.
