Next Gen (Year One)

GRRRR!!! I'm so friggen MAD! I ordered emblems for my car. "COWL INDUCTION" in the catalog and on their web page the emblem states that it's sold as a set. We'll I had to find out the hard way that a set means one "COWL" and one "INDUCTION" emblem. I'm so mad cause now I have to wait for them to send me another set (so to speak) which oh yeah is on friggen back order for a week and a half!!! The only consolation is that they are going to pay 2nd day air freight for free when they get it in but frick! now I've also got to pay an extra $20.00 for the other set.

Seriously.. find what you want in Next Gen, then get it cheap in Summit, Jegs, or on Ebay

Year One sucks. They have a great catalog that is worth the money but when it comes to prices they are obsene. Give me a damn break. I could go to the dealer and buy some of the parts for less. Does anyone actually buy tools from them? One time I found out 2 weeks later that an item was backordered. WTF Could they not let me know sooner so I could order it somewhere else? So then I cancelled and they still sent it to me. I had to fight with them to reimburse me for the shipping. I say a few of us should get together and open up a place like year one and put all these damn companies out of business!
