Any interestet in another wideband group buy

Ive noticed a few posts on widebands. I have the Ok with Innovate Motorsports to do another group buy if anyone is interested.
This is the price that I have on a lm1 and rpm convertor combo

10 units at $423 with free ground shipping.
I am going to try to see if they will spit up the lm1 and convertor and do two group buys. I think it would help more guys here at thirdgen who already have the lm1 and need a convertor.

Anyone interested in the combo?
Also let me know what you need and Ill see what Innovate can do

Thanks

[edit]

Scratch that, I'm looking at the Zeitronix unit. They do group buys as well, and have datalogging and RPM inputs already. No display, but outputs serial data to a laptop. Not to mention, much cheaper. ($280, or $250/$240 on group buys.)

LM-1 by itself. I pretty much read everything else off the computer.

Isn't this the LM-1?
They have them for $349 plus shipping on their web site.

edit: I see. The RPM 'converter' is another 99 bux.
Hmmmm, that should have been part of the LM-1.

I'm in for the LM-1 but what kind of savings are we talking? I am ready to buy now and might just go ahead anyway unless we are talking substantial savings.

Shoot me an email if you are serious about the Lm1. I can arrange something with Innovate. From the above replies it looks to me like we have 5 or 6 interested

Last week you could count me in for sure on a Innovative GP, but with all this new info - I say we try the Zeitronix route. For me the selling point is all the inputs. RPM, EGT,TPS,Boost, and the only accessories are the EGT and Boost cables/sensors. The others are standard. The innovative doesnt even compare pricewise- when its +/- $75 more AND you need to buy an additonal $100 cable for RPM input. I think we should try a GP on the Z-unit. Im in for that- oherwise I will probably just buy it myself.

Everyone- please check out their site if you haven't, and compare the price and features.

Ken73- Where did you find a group price of $240-$250 for the Zeitronics unit? Is that just speculation? I think there are three for their unit so far, what is their minimum quantity for a GP? Im trying to round up some more buyers.

I'm in for the Z-unit instead. The narrowband retrans and price is hard to beat. (Unless Craig comes up with something soon.)

I did a simple web search: "zeitronix group buy" .. they have it on their webpages, even. The numbers are real.

Here's *their* webpage on it!

Ok, so with synapsis that makes four. Looks like we need six more. Anyone???

Has anyone emailed Zeitronics to see if they will do another GP? I can do it but I will be away from email for the next two days, so I wont have a reply.

Count me in for one of the Zeitronics units.....

Just curious if anyone has personal experience with that unit. Either it's too good to be true or the competition in the WBO2 market is starting to favor us!!

If you still want the Lm1 I think I can get Innovate to do a GB with 5 units. I have never heard of the Zeitronics units Im going to do some reading tonight . I have one email currently for a lm1. shoot me an email if you are interested. The last group buy was 29 dollars off the price if I remember correctly

Put me down for one. At that price I can permanently mount it in my car and use my DIY-WB as a portable tool.

I'm going to assume that everyone is in for the Zeitronix unit, and the LM-1 is now no longer a consideration.

So far I have the following on the list...

Ken73 +
Synapsis +
Dominic Soresso * +
VetNutJim * +
79Irock +
Schultzy89GTA
SBNova +
poncho@home +
1981TTA +
Br1dgeman +
MrDano +
vvv90 * +
CheezX +
adambros +
Dave_85 +
406TPI +
SimiVette
formulaman +
ben73 +
rightfoot +
L98FORM89 * +
ray1979 # * +
vsocks # +
87_TA +
Firebird88 * +
vettef6 +
Mark A 91Formula +
Roostmeyer +
383LT1intake * +
Did I miss anyone?

(+ means I have your contact info, * means you want a display, and # means you're not on here, but here from the CrossFire Injection Forum.)

Right now we can probably get it for $250 with the 13 we have now. If we can hit 20, I would think we could get it for $240.

I'll go ahead and put your name on the list.

Not to be an party pooper, but oughtin someone run one for a while first, before commiting to buying a dozen of them?.

I bought one commercial one that killed the sensor in 30 days, and it was a $220 unit, and the sensor was $160. In three retries they still didn't have the design right.

After that, I won't be assuming a product is good until, it's been actually tested, by someone I *know*.....

Grumpy, let's not go there (again) with poop.

I've read up on it; done a lot of searches and found that this guy does group buys for websites like this. The feedback I got from the groups was positive, so I feel pretty confident but I guess we'll see.

Poncho,

Wouldn't you love to be in Athens tonight with all those Greek women celebrating? They were 100:1 odds on winning it and really gets Greece pumped for the Olympics. I am looking forward to the Us v Poland here in Chicago next Sunday.

We have a rather large Greek comunity here in Montreal, so the celebrations yesterday were tremendous, but it would have been nice to be in Athens yesterday. The whole country must have gone wild!!!

Poncho,

I watched the celebrations on FSW. They had several 100,000's people in the stadium welcoming the team back from Portugal.

I don't see where being prudent is at all related to *poop*.

*not going there*?, what, is now guestioning something now tabo, for some reason?.

I didn't knock it, or say an ill word about it, I just asked if anyone had any real experience with it. And from googling, I can't find much about them in actual use.

Not to mention that I was burnt on a WB.

Which WB were you burnt on though? I've found a few (good) things in my google searches before.

No, questioning things isn't bad at all.. kinda glad you did - it made me go look.

And I wasn't talking about THAT poop..

Well I am still in the fence for buying it. I have a built DIY-WB kit here at home and just need the Sensor and to get a datalogging progra working with it all ( EASE does not show the Commanded AFR that is used in the Mike Davis Hack)

So I am working on building my own Scanning Program and might just buy the DIY-WB Sensor.

I'll be in, if we could pay with something other than Paypal.

Note for everyone in the GP:
I contacted him a couple weeks ago, and he will not accept any form of payment other than Paypal ... Not even money orders or cashier's checks!
