Im sure you have all seen my ads saying I want to trade my chevelle for a 91 or 92 Z. Well I dont seem to have any luck so what do you guys and girls have that you will trade?

 

are you looking for a runner or something to tinker with?? i have a 91 Z28 with a done up motor i built myself......but i need to reset the valves, timing and such to get it running right. it will need a trans(150k on the stock one) and i know the rear wont hold up against any power....but pm me if you are interested, not 100% sure if i want to get rid of it but maybe we can work something out

 

I have an idea - trade the car to TJfive0 for his mom's Echo, he and I will take the car and trade it for TWO third gen's, we'll take one and give it to you.

You get an Echo AND a third gen, TJfive0 gets the third gen has wants so badly.

Thats actually what I am working out right now the only problem is that the chevelle is my only car so that leaves me without a car untill i buy a new one However I found a 91 Z28 for 2000 that I want I just need to sell the chevelle to buy it

i wasn't planning on EVER selling my convertble, but i might htink about it for a chevelle

 

It is in need of a full restoration I am now looking to just sell it $2000. IMO your camaro is worth more than my chevelle

Sorry to hijack the thread but can i get some info on the chevelle?

 

You are completly on subject the thevelle is a 72 it has a 350 and needs a restoration. it is running and driving. it will need a new passenger rear quarter there is a lot of bondo in it. The fenders show the normal rust in the bottoms. And the windsheild is cracked. It is not an ss but it has the ss hood. the gta rims are no longer on it they are now 442 rims. over all the body is fair it has a good frame decent floorboards and dependable motor the tranny slips alittle in third gear but not enuf to be a problem. the windsheild is cracked and the gas gauge does not go past half (bad sending unit) these are all the things I can think of hope I didnt scare you

Also how many miles are on the engine? And what does it have for a rear?

Not sure of the mileage on the motor it is not the original one however is has great oil pressure so I would imagine it cant be too high the rear is a 10 bolt one wheel peel
