I flipped the turn signal thing to turn them off, but that just made them brighter, So when i turn on the low beams the high beams come on too?? Can anyone help me with this? Thanks Alot.

That's because H4 bulbs were never designed to work with the harness in our cars. You need to so some cutting and rewiring. There's a tech article about this.

You don't need to cut anything, you can simply pull the pins out of the connector and insert them into the proper position.

But your problem is that H4s use the same connector, but the pins do different things.

Pulling the pins out of the connectors is not a simple as you make it sound. I'd rather cut two wires and reconnect them with buttconnectors. Much easier....

Are you serious? I just inserted a paperclip into the release slot and pulled the wire out the back.

H4's (and similar) are the little bulbs that plug into the plastic headlight housings in most newer vehicles (usually imports). "H4" is just the part number of the bulb, like "H4656" is the number for the bulb used in Camaros.
