Congrats War_Eagle, dont forget to tell us what kinda hood your getting
And yeah, I think active members should be allowed to win the hood, a 24 hr limit sounds about fair to me.
I check my comp every single day, I havn't even been here long and i post every chance i get

Do you really want to wait 28 days just for some guy to win who will actually claim his prize?

24 hours is not long enough though, sure active members but well lets say this was a thursday, i go from school to work work for 6 hours and then come home wiped and crash, i think anything less then 3 days is kind of unfair.

again, congrats to war_eagle. I agree that 24 hours is way too short! i would give the guy a solid week, but that is Rex's decision, not ours.

no, in my opinion
the whole purpose of a raffle is to bring activity to your site/whatever
if someone random just signsu p for a raffle, and leaves
they don't deserve a prize. someone who sticks around and is active would be a better winner, in my opinion
if you had a lottery ticket, but didn't check the winning numbers, you don't deserve to win, in my opinion.
same with contacting the people who've won. the lottery people don't contact YOU if you have a winning ticket. you're expected to pay attention.

don't forget though, this guy signed up a while ago.. Just because he doesn't post lots, doesn't mean he doesn't visit lots.. There is lots of info here .. But I'd agree.. a maximum of a week.. I'd say a minimum of 48 hours.. not everyone does the internet thing at home.. I've seen several that are on during the week only..
