i didn't have a choice of went into the article..........i had zero input. i filled out a 20 page sheet and sent them a copy of an old article that was printed on the car in 2001 for world wide camaro association and that was it.

i had no input, i didn't recieve a heads up, i never got a magazine and when i called to get one they wanted to charge me $8 a magazine for copies.....

so instead i went to every local corner store and bought them all up!

Congrats on your feature it looks really good!!! I was kinda bumd that they didn't show more angles of the car or the interior. Maybe it's me but I thought you put in corbeau seats in you car and the magazine said Sparco? I guess thats to be expected, when my car was featured in Super Chevy they completly butchered my story, ohh well what do you do. The bottom line is you made it!! Congrats!!

TGO is mentioned in almost every issue somewhere wether it's a feature or a reply in one of the q & a columns. missing one heads up from my article won't make a difference.

Nice write up on your car, especially considering you sent them everything to put the article together. I seen it in person at the Autorama earlier in the year, but didn't get a chance to meet you. FWIW, Gary Cook also made the headers for my car, back when he did the work out of his house garage.

Two shops on Gratiot and where he currently is now (didn't know of a fourth?). I haven't dealt with him in quite some time, since I do most of my own fab work now. Great guy who does decent work for a fair price, but he can be a little hard to get a hold of at times. Yes, it has been quite a while since he did my headers (around '97) - my car has been a long time coming. I vividly remember when he completed the headers and I picked my car up, he had his wife and daughter help him push my car up on my trailer (it had a mock-up engine in it), while I sat in it and steered!
