Hiperformer Rebuilt engines?

Car: 82 Berlinetta/57 Bel Air
Engine: L92/LQ4 (both w/4" stroke)
Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Hiperformer Rebuilt engines?

My brother is considering getting one for his C1500. I've suggested he ask them about 083 heads instead of the 091/093's.
If he does this, he'll send his old shortblock my way. When rebuilt, it'll go in the Camaro with my goodies to complete it.
He wants to move soon, so if anybody knows of anything negative about them, it would be nice to know.
