Had a meet
We had a meet last weekend
We washed the cars and waxed them up and took some pics afterwards. I got some pics of my moms 87 Z, most of you guys haven't seen it yet. I also finally got my car painted last week. I just need to get my emblems back on and I also got some clear sidemarkers. Oh and I need a "Camaro" grill if anybody has an extra. Enjoy the pics

Mike,
Car looks outstanding. You did a very good job preparing it before painting!!!
I'm glad you're happy with the hood.
I am going to Millerton Lake this weekend, let me know if you want me to bring your old hood back? Maybe you can come up to the lake and grab it out of my truck Saturday. There is a Classic V-Drive boat meet there and we are bringing our wood deck flatbottom.

Like Tmonee said we are in Central Cal.Thanks for the compliments everyone
Get started on those kids Gabe so we got more cars in the mix
4 SS's wouldnt look too bad
Last semester I would always see 3 98-02 SS's parked together, it was sweet
T I got the presidential paint job and it was $350. I got my fender dent fixed too. Im happy with the way it turned out. They even offered me a job there because of my bodywork but my school schedule didnt work for them.

Is the paint peeling or chipping on any of them. So to prep it for paint all you would have to do is scuff sand, to rough the paint up. Use 320 to rough it up and if you want you can follow it up with 400 grit. Oh and make sure you sand the clear coat off the nose and fender. For places where there were scratches or chips on my car I would first sand them with 220 to take the scratch or chip out and then kinda level the surronding area off. Then just follow up with 320 & 400.
