Progress

I figure its a vert so Id liven this board up some.

so

Lets see some project pic's.

Mine has been a slow back burner job this time around. I haven't been motivated to mess with it the last 2yrs. Piece by piece it will get done someday..

It started out as a T top car. Then I decided to go tara top. Well a canadian buddy of mine "JAY" decides he plans to do it also. So i decided to go all the way to droptop. I had a 91 vert parts car anyways....

It then progressed to Mini tubbs for 27x11.5x15's I borrowed from abuddy with a 406S10. I just needed to use em to see how far in to cut. I plan to run some 17x11's with Tucked 315's

Ford 9inch
complete 97 Ta int. dash/console/seats/door panels
Tubular k member and A arms.
Prob a Stroked LT1 ( i dono yet)
I have a 406 block and soon will have a forged 350 block.
but I have everything to run the LT1 just need a stroker crank.
I have 4340 Eagle H beams. Forged pistons. etc

Front Mount Intercooler (24x12x3) Bar and Plate style
Holset HX55 Turbo
Prob a air ride tech airstrut/bag setup also.
right now it has a complete hotchkis setup. lca, phr, springs, etc

I have all new Front clip, doors and rear bumper cover. Just need to put em on. Nothing really wrong with mine just little digs. I'll resell them all later.

anyways Post some pic's of your projects and lets hear about em.

I need some winter motivation. I know once I get it done it will be nice. Well hopefully.

Well, I waited 'til mine broke down and I was flat busted to turn my attention to it. Weather and lack of tools and experience can be a major holdback. Looks like you got a great environment to progress. Me, I'm inclined to farm the work to my buddy...at a price.

The radiator replace est came in at $136 or so from local mechanic.
I paid about $71 for an 88 Camaro radiator for my 89 Firebird
My thermistat repair was a big 'ta-do'. Had to pull the throttle body off and get several swivel style bits to get at the bolts from the manifold's inlet tube! UGHHHH!! My Cad was a cinch compared to the TPI plenum access. Still have heads and gasgets to look at and suspension work ahead
