well, as the topic says, my coolants bad in it, and i know the last owner prob never did,

how do i go about doing this? i know basic howto,
but of course its better to get info from someone thats done it

If the radiator is plugged bad then try to find a flush thats it safe for plastic radiators. You will probably want to do this right so drain all the antifreze out pull your thermostat out and just put the housing back on with the old gasket for now with no thermostat, fill it up with plain water and add flush. Drive it down to the parts store and pick up a new thermostat gasket then drive back home and drain the water and reinstll every thing add your coolant and your all set.

nother big thing, where should i take it off? the bottom of the radiator? cause that ones ON IT. everyting i do, is gonna be on jack stands. if i was to cut it, what would i look for to replace it with? "BC lower rad hose?"
should i go for 180 stat or like 170? 160 is tooo low, gave me engine prob,

Just get one of those Prestone flush kits. It has a T-fitting that goes onto one of your heater hoses and you connect your garden hose to it. It works pretty good and doesn't make a mess. Cost is ~$8.

i think ive seen that before, where does the overflow go? cause i know im going to do the first reply cause that way the water pump gets rinsed.

even though, i know its simple, but we should realllllyyy have a tech article with pictures, help people out, like, for example, i thought you had to get lower radiator hose off from bottom. you know result.

etc etc.

well, i took car intoday to get the lower radiator support straightened so i can put on the dual-fan, cost, 150-170ish...

yes and no.

for some reason, i think that it helped the car, it sounds kinda weird, but i mean from time of start, it gave me cleaner run and power, so. not too sure,
on the topic of cooling, anyone evertried making another style air dam? or maybe another fan on the other side of the radiator, one that would push, the other pull...
ah well. would swapping water pumps affect nething?
