I got this LT1 from a 95 Interceptor. The car was totalled at 127k miles. Unfortunately I never drove the car it came from, I only came into the removal after the harness had been sold.

The previous owner claims the motor was in good running condition as it was his daily driver. I am going on this assumption but I would recommend checking the motor before installing it. Unfortunately I do not have the time right now to get into it at all. Which is why my price is fairly low considering what your getting. If the motor is stout than the motor is a steal.

I did pull off the valve covers really quick and find absolutely no sludge which is a good sign. The valve train appears extremely clean.

The motor is complete from oil pan to intake. For a few minutes I was thinking of swapping the intake onto my L98 but that isnt going to happen.

The motor is located in East Wakefield, NH and will need to be picked up from there either by the purchaser or a freight company that you send up.

I may be able to deliver the motor within a 100 mile radius for $1.00 a mile round trip. Essentially if your 100 miles from me the delivery will cost you $200. Not the most practical method but it would need to be worth my while to load it and drive it. You will need some means of getting the motor out of my truck when I get there as I will not be bringing my engine hoist with me.

To my knowledge it would but you would need to do your own research on that one. I can not be accountable for any interchanges.

 

you'll need a 460le trans if you car is an auto, otherwise it might bolt up to the T-5 if im not mistaken.

 

Are the heads iron or aluminum?

 

The Impala and Caprice models used iron heads which is what this one is.
