Damn...thats what a test bench looks like huh...mean.
What exactly does it do? Meaning, if you enter a bin, does it show you how it thinks the car will react?

It will let you run the ECM for testing most changes to the mask (8D, 32, 58$) or what change to the Bin ( AUJP, AXXC, ARAP) you have done, So if you change a fuel table 10% will it change the fuel 10% or is that a 3% change to the total fuel. Also to learn how far some setting will let you go, like TPS volts. The stock 7730, AUJP will learn a idle voltage from .67 to .24 and not produce any codes, so is .35 bettter then .65 and whats the differance if any.
