THANKS..
Just to clarify..........What I did was take the good hard work of StevenK and all users, Mods,Supporters and owners and put it on a piece of paper to hand out and get other folks in our area to join up. This flyer is not only the result of StevenK's great photography skills but input from all users.
I support Thirdgen 100% my Thirdgen.org decal on my rear window shows this. Sure would be a cool thing if we could get together 50, 100 or more cars together for our meets !
OK off my soapbox.. I just wanted to give credit where credit was due.

AWESOME!!!
This is definately what we need to carry around with us, so when we see a nice thirdgen, U can give it to the owner/driver, or leave under the windshield, or whatever.
I think I speak for everybody on the board here in saying--
GOOD JOB AND THANK YOU for going to the time and trouble of making the flyer!
If this won't get some new members--NOTHING WILL!
ZAP89 sent me a copt yesterday and I'm sure he had to cut it down size wise to get it to post on the board. I printed it out on my desktop printer just to see what it looks like--KILLER! On my printer if U leave it normal, it left room at the top and the bottom for any info u might want to add to it. If U turn it sideways it prints a full page.
Does anybody have access to a "quality" color copier?

I am hoping to have at least 200 copies to give out to you guys at Hooter's. So you can pass them on, If anyone can get more made that would be great, I will email the file to anybody that wants it.
I have a couple of different versions some with the botom wording in white some with it black and this color. I haven't had a chance to try and add our names and numbers. Maybe we can do that on the next print.

KEEP HANDING OUT THOSE FLYERS!
If u need some more, contact ZAP89--I'm sure he can e-mail them to U and U can run a few on your printer, or contact one of the guys that are going to run more copies--maybe they can mail U some or hook up somewhere and get some.
If U volunteered to run more copies, please do so.
Have a few handy in your console or whatever, so U can give them out when U see another at a light or even when U are driving down the freeway like we did (although I don't recommend it)

Went out running errands this afternoon--saw 3 nice thirdgens and ave all of them flyers--one red with no ground effects, but nice wheels and tires--a black RS with moon hubcaps, actually looked pretty cool--talked to him for a few minutes and gave him a fllyer to both the summe meet as well as the TGO flyer, sounded like he might actually come out to the meet--and a third one, a blue one that had BOTH the regular rear spoiler as well as the aero rear spoiler--looked REALLY strange!
Oh well, to each his own, I guess!!!!!!!

I wish I could find the pic that Larry Dunlap posted some time back of a thirdgen at a used car lot with WAY oversize tires--looked as bad as any of these!

On the way into work there was a Red I think 91' RS behind me all the way from 45 to the theatre district.
At the red light in front of the Museum of Fine Arts we stopped (cuz it was red) and because I had ran out of flyers I wrote on my business card, the web site and how to get to our message board and my screen name.
Then jumped out and ran back to him the look on the guys face said CARJACK !!!!!!!!!!!!
I stuck my hand in his window and told him there's a bunch of us thirgen car owners that get together go to this web site and gave him my card, turn around and went back to my car.
Hope I didn't scare a new member off..I thought hmmm if some guy with silver skull rings, buck knife hanging upside down, wild *** hair and a Poncho Villa mustache comes at me at a stop light, the first thing i'm gonna do is pull out my louisville tire checker and see whats up
Well lets see if the guys comes on board. Man I gotta print some flyers.

Allright I printed some flyers...and I'm glad I did. I'm on the freeway 45 South like where U of H is and next to me is a red 91 ' Formula, it's a "work in progress" type of car.
He is in the far left lane I am next to him. traffic slows so I give him the nod and yell "hold up" I put my car in park jump out and hand him a flyer. Told him a little about the site and for him to go there. I also put my screen name on it.
Then jump back in my car now that people see there is no wreck or fight we are gettings honks...so we take off, He keeps going 45 South but I veered off to the right and head toward Pasadena.
He said he was gonna get online and check it out..lets see

Zap89 has run off a bunch more flyers.
Barry is supposed to be running off about a hundred.
If U do not have any more flyers to hand out, be sure and get a handfull at the Monthly Meet!
IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS ACCESS TO A COLOR COPIER AND CAN RUN OFF SOME WITHOUT GETTING IN HOT WATER--PLEASE DO SO AND BRING THEM WITH U TO THE MONTHLY.

I handed out 2 flyers this evening. One to a guy who had a black 91 Z-28--pretty clean, but he spoke NO english, so that was probably a wash!
The other to a guy Maroon Camaro, and after I got through telling him about the thirdgen board, he said, "I am already a member"--posts under the name of Hawkeye--but I never heard of him--has anybody heard of him before? Car was pretty nice looking.
