Newbie datalog questions (WinALDL) - rich and slow O2 flags?

I had my first experience with datalogging with WinALDL this morning on the way to work. (1227165 ECM)

Can anyone explain the rich flag, and EECC slow O2 rich/lean flag to me? Should they be coming on and off all the time?

Also, the car idled high as soon as I plugged in the cable (above 950) - is this normal for ALDL 10k mode?

I'd appreciate someone having a casual look over my datalog file too (attached, rename to datalog.zip) to see if things look ok in general. Please forgive my ignorance if this is a really dumb request. I'm seeing BLM in the range 127-142... doesn't this indicate a lean condition? The other interesting thing is that the closed loop flag is on from the beginning, ie from cold (see CTS reading)

See also my other post in tech/general re early TCC lockup (21mph). Might be time for a new ECM?

Many thanks,
Stu

I have not used Winaldl so I'm not much help with the log file, but I understand that it is normal for the rpm to increase when you datalog. This is done by the ECM to test the Knock sensor operation, can be adjusted or removed by eprom programing. When I log using Tunerpro or Datamaster the 02 sensor is constantly changing eiher side of 500mv. I just watch AFR and BLM.
