Y99-Rally Suspension

On the dealer worksheet it lists Y99 as Rally Suspension. on the RPO decoder here, it says Sales, Handling package. Anyone know what exactly (or best guess) this consisted of? did search and found nothing that helped, thanks inadvance for any help.

Its the middle suspension package, between the base and the WS6. I think it has slightly stiffer springs and a larger front sway bar, and depending on the year it may have a rear sway bar as well.
