no, you will need to get a adapter kit from jim butler perfromance, also a trans adapter plate, other then that a little rewireing and its a bolt-in.

really with the engine its just the alternator location, starter and other little things, mostly just extenting a few wires and what not, not too bad of a challenge, you will need a trans adapter plate, but i do have one if your interested, a TCI unit (best one) used for 2 weeks like new, you can have it including shipping for 50$, let me know if you want it.

The length of the 200-4r trans is different, although I cant remember if its shorter or longer... I'm thinking its longer.

As for the 350 Poncho, I really wouldnt waste time with that swap. By the time you get all the adapters, make the various little parts work and such, you will still only have a 350, and a heavy one at that. Not to mention the extra cost involved for the parts to do the swap. The 350 chevy is a bolt in and doesnt weigh as much, it will end up costing you less and it wont be any hassle.

a 4bb poncho 350? does it have 6X heads? if so, then you have 350 HO, a rare motor, keep, DO NOT get rid of it, unless the price is right.those motors have a smaller bore than a 400, but use the 400 heads. Because of the valve size, the bores are notched to fit.

76' 350 4bbl had the 6x-4 head which was a smogger head, but flowed outstandingly, thats not a 350 HO they were used ONLY on 68-69 tempest customs and firebirds with the 350 HO option which had #18 or #48 heads, both are EXTREAMLY rare.

also you can check to see if it is really a 350 by looking on the block on the driver's side on the engine by the motor mount will be cast right into it eather "350" "400" or "455" if its a 2bbl engine then most likely its a 350, but if its 4bbl you might have a nice piece there
