Axle/Gears: BW 2.77
For those interested ... Newer Delco in IROC

I know it was posted here before and there was a bit of rigging to get it to fit, but the newer Delco CD player will fit .. granted if you can bear cutting up some of the vent work on the center console. I will be finishing up the project article I started to write on doing the swap ... but here is the finished product ... proof ... that you can get it to fit

Cool! I've been thinking about doing the same thing. I'd really like to see the article, especially the wiring diagram for the radio plug!

That looks great.

I had no idea that the 98 decks still used that style plug. The 88 GTAs and all 89+ f-bodies use that style plug, so if you're one of the lucky ones, it'll be a plug & play hookup.
