i need a pull down motor for a 89 tran am, just the motor and switch...i think. It latches ok, just sticks up b/c the motor to pull it down doesnt work...

and when i press the button on the dash, i can hear something clickin in the back, so i know its hooked up.

can you help?

here's some things i need for my 1984 Trans Am - mostly little things. i think my interior color is light saddle tan: hatch strut cover, rear hatch plastic trim screws, black passanger side A/C vent delete panel, cigarette lighter, fuse panel cover, dash trim piece that has holes for defroster and hatch release and 1 vent for middle of dash. that's all i can think of right now. thanks.

Mine are ripped up pretty good, so anything decent without holes or tears.

I probably didnt' discover these 2 new yards yet at that time depending on the date of the PM, and so far have found only a few tan belts that were not dirty or damaged, and I would struggle to put together a quality full set of tan. Most are grey, red , black and very little tan sets. If someone needs a single belt or 2, I could probably get it.
I have an 86 as you do that could use new tan ones but I decided to go black. In any case or color, we're all looking for mint belts.
I don't exactly remember what your answer was other than you had 55 cars to pull from and started in the 80's. Did ya still have em in tan? I have had a few requests as well. I would be happy to send them in your direction if ya do.

hey guys- I just recently purchased a '92 Formula, and need a few items to finish it off. Driverside door pocket with cup holder ( Tan), Climate control unit ( mine is shorting out-fan stays on when you shut it off, Factory stereo with cd, or if not, the one it came with ( cassette and equalizer), door window moldings, and a multifunction/turn signal switch that you can still read the wording on.

Would that steering wheel work in an iroc?
Also need black plastic parts(dont know the names) that are on door that run lengthwise along bottom of window. Both of mine are cracked like with most 3rd gens are from resting arm with windows down LOL

 

I would say the wheel would probably work in an IROC but not certain, I believe the wheel is from an 84. You would have to check to make sure with other members on the board. And probably change the center, Top rails for doors, I have some but need to check inventory and get with my Sales/ Parts Manager to see what is currently being shipped out. We can get back to you.
