All I really need is the mask or the telescoping part, the teflon cord that usually breaks is still available from GM. If I can find a antenna assembly that has bad motor or something, then I should be able to make one good antenna from two assemblies.

Yes, that looks exactly what I am looking for. It looks rusted or dirty from the outside but I'll be using parts to fix mine. I can't tell from the picture, is the mask inside the long barrel piece ok? If it is, I can remove it and clean it and then replace the teflon cord and rebuild mine.

Please let me know if you think the mask will still telescope. If so then I would like to purchase it.

No the mast is actually broken off. It only has about an inch or 2 of it left in there. I pulled it for the motor. Then someone backed out. I do not know if it works. Let me know if u want it. 88 GTA is what I pulled it from.
