all that was in box was 1 lca and brackets.I am sure the other lca is going to ssgtgaines.

12:42 pm - You close the dispute and escalate it to a Claim (without ever hearing back from me...thanks for giving me to opportunity to see the dispute and comment )

I stand by what I sent and I sent you everything agreed on. Also, I took out extra insurance on the parts when I shipped them. I will be more than happy to put in a claim with Canada Post. I don't have to do this but I will.

If you look at the post it states control ARMS. tHIS person split the set between me and another buyer. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and now I have been scammed. attempted to work out with seller, to no avail. He did offer to refund my money after I sent the item back, but I've already been scammed once. I don't want to be out 80 bucks and my one control arm. Stay away from this seller.

I bought some used Autometer gauges from DomsIROC. He was great to deal with. Tracking number provided, items arrived on time and packaged well. He even gave me a few tips for setting the gauges up.

This was my first purchase on TGO and I would definitely deal with DomsIROC again.

slow305 read this whole thread before you make that choice. he told both ssgtgaines and myself we were each receiving a pair of lcas. and I paid for sfc's and panhard bar and havn't received them, they were listed as included in the box i received (6"x6"x29" and 5.635kg). The sfc's and panhard would never have fit in this box and would have weighed way more than 5.6kg!

Honestly if he's a scammer when i pm 'd him i wanted to buy both a-arms and wonder bar.. he replied saying only a-arms were left for sale .. you'd think if he was trying to rip me off he would of taken my money for that also.. just wanted to add that i don't think we need to start calling him this and that without knowing all the facts.. Like i said before i'm waiting for my shipment

Both The Project and Slow305RS are quite happy with their purchases.

As for the other two guys on the board....

ssgtgaines - Was offered and refused a full refund on his purchase. He wanted a discount which I would not give. I did give him my apology for the misunderstanding. Again, he refused a full refund and decided to keep the item.

jeremy iroc z28 - Initiated and LOST his paypal claim against me (something he doesn't post on the board). In spite of this I opened a claim with Canada Post and tried to help him (...gee, I must be the nicest scammer there is!!!). I also asked for pics of the boxes the items came in. He has refused to send me pics of the boxes three times. I can only help someone so much......know what I mean.

Enjoy your a arms (yes two...in case you were wondering) and pins and when they arrive please say so on the board as well as give me a good i-trader rating. I will do the same for you.

On Jan 29 at 6:00 am you ask me if I have heard anything back yet. Do you really believe that a postal investigation can be done in a day and a half???

Truth is I don’t know what happened to the parts in question. Maybe they got lost in the post, or maybe you have them and are trying to get some money from me by complaining and thinking I’ll give in to make you go away.

All I know is I have been above board in out dealings….I have not flamed you, I did not ignore you, I tried to help you and I kept correspondence professional. As I said in my PM to you, Canada Post will contact me in 7-14 days with a reply. You will hear when I hear. This is all I can do.
