Interior Sheet Metal - Cutting it apart

I'm finishing parting out the interior, so now i'm offering to cut out sections of the interior sheet metal if anyone needs something.

Just circle what area you want out and I can cut and ship it. I need to see a circled area of the metal you want in order to get a shipping quote.

The driver's floor pan and rear passenger floor pan have been sold.

I need the metal brackets in this pic by the t top mounts. There should be 4, one by each mount Let me know if you have them. The older Thirdgens might not.

Re: Interior Sheet Metal - Cutting it apart

I need the whole drivers side from tunnel to door, from under pedals to in front of rear seat. You can cut it in 2 piece's, you can cut it in half between the seat mounting brace's ( front to rear ) and I would also like the passenger side rear seat foot area. How much for these pieces and shipping to 48127 in Mich.

Re: Interior Sheet Metal - Cutting it apart

Just to be sure, there is only surface rust, no bad pitting or rust through. If so I want it. The whole drivers side floor pan, tunnel to rocker. If you want you can cut it in 3 pieces. (1)From under pedals to just in front of the front seat front mounting brace, (2) drivers seat mounting in 1 piece, (3) from just behind the front seat back mounting brace to just below the bracket where the rear seat bottom bolts, I also need the same (3) from the passenger side rear seat. What are you using to cut it out. I hope you wont use a torch. If this is O.K. for $125.00 send me your paypal info to rgoodnough9982@wowway.com

Sending the e-mail now and will photograph it for you so you can see what i'm doing.

I'm using a reciprocating saw with a metal cutting blade. It's a fairly narrow and clean cut. No Torch, don't want to burn down my house or ignite the fuel lines.

Re: Interior Sheet Metal - Cutting it apart

Well, since it looks like the other guy isn't going to come through with the small piece I need, how much would it be for about an 8-inch square of the floor right next to where the driver's rear seat belt floor retractor bolts? The piece I need is right over the end of the rear frame rail. I think I can dig up a link to a pic, or I can get it off of my other computer... Either way, the piece of metal is where about 4 curves come together, with the frame rail right in the middle.

:edit: Link: http://s988.photobucket.com/albums/a...loorDamage.jpg I need the area where the big rust spot is next to the wiring harness (in the pic)... The rest, I guess you have already sold, and has already been taken care of anyways.

Oh, and has my package been sent?

Re: Interior Sheet Metal - Cutting it apart

Well my mistake, I figured that when I stated as long as there was no deep pitting or rust thru that I wanted it. When you didn't say any different I figured the sheet metal was good. Well it's not much better than what I want to replace. Too bad I didn't get mine before others ordered sheet metal, I would have told them.
