Hello Third Gen gurus, my name is Keith and I have been apart of these forums for a long time and you guys have really helped me out of jams while restoring my 1990 Formula 305 after this wreck in 2002. Since then I have done small swapping like fuel tanks and some interior. Now I am going to part out the car piece by piece. I am a member of GMMOC and have purchased very cool parts off here, like the air induction box and lid for the power bulge hood.

Here is the 1989 Formula, the black paint on it was brand new when I purchased it and was done by a local talented painter.



I smacked a pine tree going about 30MPH due to ice and that is what was done after removing everything. Anything except the block + internal components and transmission is for sale.


The car has been kept under tarps and always in this dog house covering 90% of the car from the elements, especially rain.

Driver fenders are not useable except for scrap metal.

Also I wanted to mention this is obviously a WS6 car and the suspension and associated materials only have ~92k miles on them. The quality of parts here is very high and is pretty much a complete 90 Formula minus what I'm keeping.

Also wanted to mention I have some various parts for sale off the 90 Formula including axles, drive shaft, at least 1 catalytic converter, various straps and mounts for suspension and rear end. I will also have a spare rear end (open 2.73) for sale once I complete the engine swap. I also have a spare, spare tire

Hey guys, I haven't really gone into it, but I thought I would talk about it. I am a chronic severe neck pain patient who is trying to get money together to pay medical bills; this is because my condition is still a mystery outside of the structural problem:




You can see how this happened in a quick video, I am 54 in the right bottom corner of your screen and I'll be going for the tail back, it plays again in slow mo:


I had two shoulder surgeries for football so I didn't have good shoulders, instead I hit people with my head up and my face mask to any side of their helmet. I probably did this a few hundred times and then you get where I am now.

Right now I am refusing to be on disability because of my conservative views, even though I am unable to hold down a job due to 24/7 pain and had to leave Electrical Engineering my Jr year at a top 20 Engineer School in the US (NCSU) + an IT Job for the Dept Waste Management.

Anyway I really need to sell these parts and I appreciate any interest in them. I took some new pictures after wiping stuff off with some Windex:

Like I said it is in rough shape, I pulled it out of my current bird because of the condition. The hinge is completely pulled out and there is some minor damage around this area obviously

Not so much the spoiler, but in the hatch, the plastic trim piece with the electrical contact that powers it. both the one on the hatch and the accompanying part in the "trunk". This is where the light gets its power.

Comment on Console: The console itself is in great shape, but the lid is pretty bad. It opens and closes, but the hinges are not connected properly (I can fix), but the main problem is something about how it opens and closes. I'm going to work on it and see if I can't get it working properly again, but for now consider that broken, but in good shape overall.

 

oh btw, I do have the other window control for the shift plate, it is still in the car in case I wanted to adjust the windows. So anyone interested, I do have it.

 

Driver power mirror ?

 

I have sold both power mirrors, however I do have a spare mirror. Let me get it off the door and take pictures of it. It's red and off a Third Gen Camaro, but in great shape.

Well I was pulling some parts out today and I noticed my dash pad is cracked pretty bad, sad considering I had a buyer lined up. Is anyone interested in buying this a base to fix or replace an even worse one?

What kind of shape are the door panels in? I already see that the arm rest has some damage so not interested in that. I'd also be interested in the bottom cupholder on the drivers side door panel if it's in good shape. Got a factory radio? Automatic shift ****?

 

The door panels are in good shape, however the door panel rails have been called for, so it would just be the door panels themselves.

Everything else you listed I have and I have cup holders for both sides (bought them when it was still my daily driver). I actually have two factory radios and they are in excellent shape. PM me so I can put you in my excel sheet.

 

I'm going after about a dozen interior parts today, so if anyone has any requests PM me or post in here.
