Re: Need brake line parts for front disc

I've got some too Darren,

$12 for the 4 stock pieces or $18 for the 2 blasted body mount and 2 strut mounts. I should be able to find some 13mm bolts too.

P.S. You gonna' make it to Goddard Park on the 16th ??

Re: Need brake line parts for front disc

Hey john, your a savior. I have a set of the body mount ones but where they were removed the impressions dont match up with the ones i have dont know why, so im thinking they are off another car.Ill send you a pic when i get out of work. I ran into some unforseen crap so i prob wont make it to that one. Classic tube took almost 45 days to get me my lines, just got them in mon, ordered them the 2nd week of april and had to send back 3 lines, one didnt fit and the other 2 had the wrong ends to the prop on them, now the goodridge flex lines is a min 2 week wait. Btw how did those headers go? I got my headers on like i told you when we met so when i got around to putting in the ypipe it doesnt fit, hits the frame, so im waiting for dyno don to get back to me on that. Hits the frame where the 2 pipes go into one, seems like it sits to far back towards the pasenger door. Idk. My motors basically all set, computer has its initial tune. Just waiting on parts now. In the mean time just was keeping busy doing a cam swap on my friends 86 monte carlo ss. Do you have any passenger side pvc hoses btw? For tpi? Ttys, btw thanks again for that cover and helping me out with confusion on the passenger side cover. Take care.

Re: Need brake line parts for front disc

Yup,..... I have been without a phone for awhile. Got the message a couple days ago and some family drama has keep my time to a minimum recently.

Do you have the "shorty" elbow pipe on the cat before the actual Y pipe ???

Don's headers install wasn't plug-and-play. ( 1987 car, stock 305 TPI, T5 With Oil coller ) I had welded some Hotchkis SFC to the car first and the Y-Pipe was hitting the pass SFC something fierce. I had to cut the "Y" pipe in order to make it fit.

Once it WAS fit into place it was hanging pretty low AND the drivers side header was hitting the crossmember. HAD to install POLY motor mounts in order to overcome those issues...... but the system is just about PERFECT now.

My Ride is currently waiting for Dons LT1 headers - I can't do ANYTHING in the engine bay until those headers arrive and it's drivin' me nuts !!

Sorry to hewar about your troubles with your lines. After waiitng 45 days and getting parts that can't be used would make me crazy !

I do have those front brake parts and will try to find a wiper stop for Ya' tomorrow. I do NOT have the frame rail coolant pipe. I know because I just dug thru ALL my stuff to find 1 for my own needs. I found 2 and 1 was junk (rusted thru) .

Re: Need brake line parts for front disc

Hope everything is ok at home, family life can get tense sometimes. Lt1 looks great in there, you did a good job on the engine paint. I have to make this y pipe work just to get it down to the alignmemt shop. Just shoot me your paypal and i can send you funds for the brake parts asap. If you can ship them out to me lmk because idk when i can take another trip to you.How many wiper stops does the car have? I have one on the passenger side, dont know if there is 2. btw im trying to rehook up my heater fan but am using the ac fan so im reusing the high speed relay. I have the relay, i have my whole old factory harness but couldnt find the 5 pin connector in the harness. My only other option is getting a new 5 pin relay and harness pigtail from dorman, but it almost 60 for those 2 pieces. Just lmk if you have a harness lying around. Thanks and take care John.
