This black 1988 Chevrolet Camaro IROC-Z is in excellent condition inside and out. Approximately $20k invested. The low mileage is documented and has a clean carfax record. This car has many nice upgrades including:

16K miles or 116K miles? What shape is the paint in? Weatherstripping? How old are the tires?

Yes, the car has 16k original miles. Carfax verified. The tires are in good shape and are at least two years old, not sure exactly how old they are. The paint is in great condition except for one scratch above driver's side front wheel well. The weatherstripping is intact with no leaks.

Does the car pass smog with the mods?

I am in California (strictest emissions standards in the country) and it failed smog last time I had it tested. However, certain counties have different emissions standards or are exempt. The Camaro passed smog in Delaware, where I bought it from the previous owner.
