Can I see what A/F ratios you're running in your PE tables?

Also, what your cam and heads are to put in context.

I've been getting a little more top end power out of my combo as of late with some more tuning, but it's making the idle to 2500 rpm seem a little disproportionately soft (and not really responding well to my changes as compared to the top end). I think it has more potential than what it's currently delivering in that rpm range...

I'm just curious to see what A/F ratio Minirams like to see in that rpm range.

Anyone?

I'm really curious to see what's working for folks (PE, AE, etc) compared to what's working for me and what I've been learning about.

Re: guys with well-tuned minirams

If you can get a hold of the owner of Firehawk #26 (I believe he is a member of the forum) that may help. It has a TPiS Miniram that was re-custom tuned in around 2002 in the LA/San Bernardino area by the owner at the time whom I knew. It ran MUCH better after the modern custom dyno tune. Perhaps the current owner can get you a dump of the bin.

Re: guys with well-tuned minirams

I'm running 12.5 tapered down to 12.2 after peak torque. My car picked up a couple mph in the 1/8 mile doing this. Rather than leaving it at 12.5. Heads are afr 220 competition port cam is zzx, 420ci

Re: guys with well-tuned minirams

Interesting you went richer after torque peak rather than leaner.

Re: guys with well-tuned minirams

When I race it never drops below peak torque after the launch. It may like to be richer across the board but I haven't tried it.

Re: guys with well-tuned minirams

The LT-5 torque peak is ~ 5300rpm and HP peaks at ~ 6800rpm. I go from 12.5-6 AFR torque peak to 13:1 for the power peak.
