I bought this back when I first built my turbo setup, as I originally ran this 4" intake tube leading to a 3" Intercooler entry. We used a "press" to make the tube oval so that it met the throttle body perfectly, and it looked very good. The underside has marks on it from the press, but nobody will see that side. We also rolled the tips of both sides to increase the seal. The tube comes with both T-clamps in the pic, as well as the one silicone adapter that fits a TPI throttle body. I provided a video below to show how it looked when on the vehicle, as well as some pics including the underside that shows the marks from the press. The tube will face either direction, if you need it to go towards the passenger side, no need to flip it upside down, simply take off the silicone adapter and put it on the opposite end....
