Parting out black 1984 trans am in kansas
I really hate to piece out this car, but:
Parting out a 1984 trans am, car is located in manhattan kansas, will sell as a whole package as well. Bigger parts are pickup only, smaller parts can be shipped (for example, i will ship taillights, steering wheel, etc, i will not ship a door or the nose. For me, the time and effort involved in that doesnt make sense.
Prices do not include shipping, but we can work something out if you think they are a bit high. I do NOT ship overseas.

may I ask why you are parting out what looks like a sound car?

Re: Parting out black 1984 trans am in kansas
Simple, no one wanted to buy it as a complete car. I have owned the car for 10 years, it is indeed a sound car, its an 89,000 mile original rust free NC car, I had it for sale locally for almost 6 months and all i got was a bunch of **** kickers and dreamers who couldnt come up with the cash. So here we are. I pulled my brand new drivetrain and I am parting out the rest.
I'd love for someone to buy it and build it, but apparently people willing to do that are just about gone.

Re: Parting out black 1984 trans am in kansas
I have forwarded your post to 3 other sites, including those who are after these cars for kitt conversions which someone in that respect would kill to have a solid car to start with even though it looks to be a hard top (b/c they are after t-top cars) but no rust outweighs that point I think. Maybe someone will get in touch with you.

Alright, the hatch/glass/spoiler and the fenders are spoken for. You can come down one night sometime this week, or you can come by on saturday if that works better for you.

The wheel looks good, but i am pretty sure it is bent (like the outside isnt a perfect circle anymore)
I have all four ground effects, they are in nice shape (assuming i dont tear them up taking them off haha) and here are the pictures of the knee pad

Huh, weird... that the original wheel? Thought that was the 85+ one. Either way, not the one I need sorry! And I'm no upholsterist so have to pass on the pad. Thanks for getting back to me!
How about the gauge cluster? Work ok? Asking?

The gauge cluster is in great shape. Everything works, all gauges, odometer, trip odometer, everything. Id do 100 shipped for the gauge cluster. 175 shipped for the cluster and the bezel.
It is the original wheel, correct for the 84. Thats fine on the pad.
Got all the ground effects off too if you still need them.

How good is the carpet? Also do you still have the engine wiring harness? Also interested in the dash pocket.
Thanks
