What is the big difference between these two struts and both are adjustable correct?

Spike-Z is correct. The reds are not adjustable and the yellows are. The reds are a little stiffer than stock (when the stock unit was brand new) but the yellows are a lot stiffer. The yellows are for the race oriented drivers out there. If your car is just a daily driver, the reds should be fine. If you autocross and/or road race a lot, then the yellows might be better suited for you as long as you can handle a rougher ride.

OK every response in this thread is WRONG! Reds are adjustable, yellows are adjustable. Both are adjustable in REBOUND ONLY. Compression damping is fixed in BOTH. I already posted a link to the chart on tirerack.com in the other thread, on this very subject, that you all posted on, that is still up on the first page of this forum. Go find it yourselves.
